Journie Cirdain (she/her) is a fitness coach with a lifelong connection to movement, coming from a family rooted in the fitness world. With a deep love for outdoor adventure, Journie views fitness as preparation for everyday life, supporting strength, resilience, and freedom of movement both in and out of the gym.
She holds a NASM personal training certification and classical mat Pilates training, and teaches functional strength training, HIIT, vinyasa yoga, mat Pilates, kettlebells, and calisthenics. Her work centers on functional strength, dynamic movement, and mobility, helping members move with confidence and intention.
Journie’s coaching style is enthusiastic, inclusive, and creative. Members can expect a warm and friendly coach who prioritizes quality movement, mind–body connection, and building a genuine love for movement over time. Her classes emphasize thoughtful programming, strong foundations, and movement that feels good and sustainable.
Classes are set to a mix of 2000s pop, old school hip hop, and upbeat tracks that keep energy high while staying connected to form and flow.
