Wendy DeLuise

Wendy DeLuise (she/her) is a fitness and movement instructor with six years of experience in the industry. Inspired by a passion for physical health, emotional wellbeing, and community support, Wendy approaches teaching with care, intention, and a deep respect for each individual’s journey.

She is certified through Yoga Alliance and Yoga Tune Up and holds CPR certification. Wendy teaches Vinyasa, Hatha, and Restorative Yoga, as well as Mat Pilates and HIIT. Her specialties include building lean muscle, getting toned, and creating well-rounded programs that balance strength, mobility, and mindfulness.

Wendy’s coaching style is supportive, fun, lighthearted, and warm while still offering a meaningful challenge. Members can expect a great workout paired with thoughtful guidance, individualized support, and a welcoming environment that honors different needs and goals.
