Erik Lopez brings a strong foundation in strength and conditioning, with a background rooted in coaching and athletic performance. Inspired by his experience coaching his high school wrestling team, Erik developed a passion for helping others build discipline, confidence, and physical strength through training.

With four years in the fitness industry and certifications in CPR and Strength & Conditioning, Erik specializes in HIIT and strength training, focusing on helping clients push their limits while building sustainable results.

His coaching style is hands-on, engaging, and highly interactive—often jumping into workouts alongside his clients to create a more personal and motivating experience. Training with Erik means being challenged, staying accountable, and still enjoying the process.

Clients can expect high-energy sessions that are both effective and fun, with a mix of house music and hip hop setting the tone.

Outside of the gym, Erik enjoys staying active through sports, spending time on the golf course, and being with family and friends.
