Patricia Urtubia is a NASM-certified trainer with five years of experience, specializing in strength training, body recomposition, and performance-based coaching. Her foundation in fitness began through combat sports, where she developed a deep understanding of discipline, resilience, and building strength with intention.
Patricia’s approach is technique-driven and results-focused, helping clients master the fundamentals while understanding the “why” behind their training. She emphasizes proper form, compound movements, and sustainable progress to build long-term strength, prevent injury, and transform body composition.
Her sessions are structured, intentional, and designed to challenge clients while building confidence and control. Beyond the gym floor, Patricia supports her clients holistically—encouraging accountability through nutrition and lifestyle habits to drive real, lasting results.
Clients can expect to not only train hard, but to leave each session with a deeper understanding of their body and a clear path toward their goals.
Outside of training, Patricia enjoys high-energy music ranging from metal and rap to reggaeton and house, bringing that same intensity and focus into every session.
